1 · The product

Little Harbor Kids LLC — girls’ snug-fit pajama set, star print, sizes 2 to 5.

A two-piece set (long-sleeve top, long pants) imported by Little Harbor Kids LLC and sold on its own store and on marketplaces. The four sizes use the same materials and were manufactured and tested together, so CPSC treats them as one product and one certificate Product Registry FAQ, Q12.

Four rules on the certificate. Five checked and set aside.

The certificate must list every applicable rule separately 16 CFR 1110.11(a)(2), and a testing exclusion is named in place of a test date and lab 16 CFR 1110.11(c). Citation codes are CPSC’s own CPSC code list.

Measured flat on the front of the garment and doubled, as the rule describes; the measurement worksheet stays in the file. Sizes are labeled 2, 3, 4 and 5 so each maps to a row of the rule’s table, and sleeves and legs taper as 16 CFR 1615.1(o)(3)–(7) requires.

Import guide — the steps that come with the file

First time only: in the Product Collection, open “Trade Parties”, click “Add”, and store the factory with the Alternate ID SKM-TIRUPPUR-01 (name, address, phone, email). The CSV refers to it by that ID.
Keep the date cells formatted as text and the file free of commas, then save CPSC’s Excel template as a CSV file.
Log into the Product Registry with a user that has Collection Editor permissions or above, and open the Product Collection.
Click “Import” (upper right), then drag the CSV file in or browse for it.
Read the import review screen. If it shows errors, “Cancel” imports nothing, so you can fix the file first.
If your user can certify, a box “Certify valid certificates upon importing?” appears. We suggest leaving it unticked: the certificate then waits in “Awaiting Certification” until your certifier has reviewed it and certifies.
Click “Import valid products”. The import log stays in the Activity Feed. After certifying, you can still edit for 48 hours without a new version.
Send your broker the Certifier ID, Product ID and Version ID from the sheet below.

From October 22, 2026CPSC requires the same Full or Reference message set on mail shipments, through CBP’s Entry Type 13 or a formal entry.

Classification of goods is your broker’s decision; we only check the number against CPSC’s list CPSC HTS list HTSUS 6108. Mail rule: CPSC mail guidance 91 FR 37801.

6 · Retest calendar and records

When the next test is due, and what to keep.

Next periodic test

By August 14, 2027. Without a production testing plan, periodic testing by a CPSC-accepted lab is due at least once a year 16 CFR 1107.21(b). A documented production testing plan allows up to two years; continued testing at an ISO/IEC 17025 lab allows up to three 1107.21(c)–(d).

Retest sooner if

The print ink, thread, labels, fabric mill or factory change. A material change needs new third-party testing and a new certificate before the product ships 16 CFR 1107.23; in the Registry that is Version V2.

Keep for five years

This certificate, the lab reports, the periodic testing plan, records of material changes, and the undue-influence procedures and training records 16 CFR 1107.26 16 CFR 1110.17.

Reminders
